Privacy Policy: Transparent & Plain Language
How the HD Reels Downloader web application handles your requests and protects your privacy. Updated October 2026.
No Account or Password Required
HD Reels Downloader never asks for your Instagram username, password, or security credentials. All requests are processed via public endpoints.
Link Processing and Media Streaming
When you submit an Instagram link, our server fetches the publicly exposed media metadata from Instagram CDN servers to generate a direct download link. Download transfers stream transiently through our proxy without being permanently stored in a public media library on our servers.
Cookies and Tracking
HD Reels Downloader does not use invasive third-party cross-site tracking cookies. Standard session cookies used by our hosting platform for DDoS mitigation and infrastructure security are maintained according to industry standards.
